The Brevard HEAT Firehawks baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting The Classical Academy of Sarasota Patriots to 0 in the Firehawks non-league win on Friday.

The Firehawks now own a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Seven Rivers Christian for a non-league test on Saturday, April 5. Brevard HEAT will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Fivay (Hudson, FL). The Warriors record now stands at 6-11.

With the defeat, The Classical Academy of Sarasota drops to 0-8 on the year. The Patriots travel to Gulf Coast HEAT (Sarasota, FL) to clash with the HEAT in a 1A District 11 test on Monday, April 7. The HEAT go into the test with a record of 2-12. Gulf Coast HEAT lost 14-13 in their recent non-league test against Booker (Sarasota, FL)
