Ohio High School Baseball - Hopewell-Loudon nips Fostoria

Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains (Bascom, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Fostoria Redmen (Fostoria, OH), 4-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Hopewell-Loudon upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Chieftains travel to Upper Sandusky (Upper Sandusky, OH) to battle the Rams in a non-league test on Saturday, April 8. The Rams come into the test with a record of 4-1. Upper Sandusky won 9-4 in their recent league test against Seneca East (Attica, OH)

With the defeat, Fostoria falls to 0-5 on the season. The Redmen travel to Lake (Millbury, OH) to battle the Flyers in a Northern Buckeye test on Monday, April 10. The Flyers come into the test with a record of 0-0.
