The Calera Eagles baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the host Chilton County Tigers to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles (10-5) will now prepare for their match against Wetumpka (Wetumpka, AL). The Indians go into the non-league match with a 9-0 record. In their last match, Wetumpka edged Benjamin Russell (Alexander City, AL), 9-4, in a non-league match.
The Tigers (13-1) will now prepare for their match against Marbury (Marbury, AL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 6-3 record.
