Satellite Scorpions (Satellite Beach, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Coral Shores Hurricanes (Tavernier, FL), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Scorpions now sport a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Braddock for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 9. Satellite will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Keys Gate (Homestead, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Coral Shores falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Hurricanes host Palmer Trinity (Miami, FL) to face the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 14. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 10-5.
