In their last battle, American Leadership Academy - West Foothills lost by Cactus Shadows (Cave Creek, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Lions encounter the Northwest Christian Crusaders (Phoenix, AZ) in a 4A North Central battle, on Thursday, April 11. St. John Paul II Catholic will attempt to advance on its 3-13 season record. The Crusaders come into the battle with a 20-2 record after their 3-0 league win over BASIS Phoenix (Phoenix, AZ).
