Nashville Scrappers (Nashville, AR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host De Queen Leopards (De Queen, AR), 5-1 in a league challenge.

The Scrappers now sport a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they host Genoa Central for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 10. Nashville will face a Dragons squad coming off a 9-5 league win over Bismarck (Bismarck, AR). The Dragons record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, De Queen falls to 7-4 on the campaign. The Leopards travel to Horatio (Horatio, AR) to face the Lions in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 11. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 13-5.
