The South Fayette Lions baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Bethel Park Black Hawks to 2 in the Lions league win on Wednesday.

The Lions now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bethel Park for a WPIAL 5A 2 test on Wednesday, April 9. South Fayette will play a Black Hawks team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Trinity (Washington, PA). The Black Hawks record now stands at 6-2.

With the defeat, Bethel Park drops to 7-3 on the year. The Black hawks host South Fayette (McDonald, PA) to play the Lions in a WPIAL 5A 2 test on Wednesday, April 9. The Lions go into the test with a record of 6-2. South Fayette won 8-3 in their recent league test against Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA)
