The Hume-Fogg Blue Knights softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Pearl-Cohn Firebirds to 0 in the Blue Knights non-league win on Wednesday.

The Blue Knights now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lawson for a 3A District 10 battle on Wednesday, April 16.

With the loss, Pearl-Cohn moves to 0-4 on the season. The Firebirds travel to Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet (Nashville, TN) to confront the Royals in a non-league battle on Thursday, April 10. The Royals come into the battle with a record of 8-5. Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet won 20-5 in their recent non-league battle against St. Cecilia Academy (Nashville, TN)
