California High School Baseball - Ripon defeats Hughson

April 9, 2026: Ripon, CA 95366

The Ripon Indians baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Hughson Huskies to 2 in the Indians non-league win on Thursday.

The Indians now hold a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they host Orestimba for a test on Wednesday, April 15. Ripon will play a Warriors team coming off a 26-0 non-league win over Dos Palos (Dos Palos, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 10-5.

With the defeat, Hughson drops to 6-10 on the year. The Huskies host Bear Creek (Stockton, CA) to play the Bruins in a non-league test on Saturday, April 18. The Bruins go into the test with a record of 7-11.
