The Elk Grove Grenadiers lacrosse squad (Elk Grove Village, IL), was overwhelmed 20-1 in Monday's league challenge with the visiting Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL)

Coming up next, the Knights meet the Hersey Huskies (Arlington Heights, IL) in a Mid Suburban challenge, on Thursday, May 4. Prospect will attempt to improve on its 8-3 season record. The Huskies enter the challenge with a 13-3 record after their 12-11 non-league win over Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL).

The Grenadiers now sport a 0-7 record. They play next when they travel to Fremd for a Mid Suburban challenge on Tuesday, May 2. Elk Grove will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 11-9 league loss to Barrington (Barrington, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 8-6.
