The Kankakee Kays (Kankakee, IL) volleyball were victorious over the visiting Crete-Monee Warriors (Crete, IL), 2-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Kays now possess a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Thornridge for a bout on Tuesday, May 6. Kankakee will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 4-6.
With the loss, Crete-Monee drops to 7-15 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Reavis (Burbank, IL) to clash with the Rams in a non-league bout on Monday, May 5. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 18-2.
