Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Louisa County Lions (Mineral, VA), 10-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Western Albemarle advances its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Warriors host Glass (Lynchburg, VA) to clash with the Hilltoppers in a non-league test on Friday, May 2. The Hilltoppers come into the test with a record of 8-1. Glass won 8-0 in their recent league test against Amherst County (Amherst, VA)

The Lions now have a 0-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Monticello for a Jefferson test on Monday, May 5. Louisa County will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 4-1 league win over Goochland (Goochland, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-3.
