The Winthrop Ramblers baseball squad (Winthrop, ME), was overwhelmed 19-5 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Cony Rams (Augusta, ME)

With the triumph, Cony moves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Rams travel to Gardiner (Gardiner, ME) to confront the Tigers in a Class B South contest on Monday, May 4. The Tigers come into the contest with a record of 1-4. Gardiner lost 13-7 in their recent non-league contest against Lawrence (Fairfield, ME)

The Ramblers now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison for a non-league contest on Monday, May 4. Winthrop will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Hall-Dale (Farmingdale, ME). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-3.
