In Tuesday's league contest, the Anchor Bay Tars (Fair Haven, MI) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Utica Eisenhower Eagles (Shelby Township, MI), by a margin of 7-1.

With the triumph, Anchor Bay moves its record to 5-1 on the year. The Tars travel to Chippewa Valley (Clinton Township, MI) to play the Big Reds in a Macomb Area - Red contest on Thursday, May 12. The Big Reds come into the contest with a record of 1-6. Chippewa Valley lost 9-3 in their recent league contest against Romeo (Romeo, MI)

In their next game, the Eagles play the L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders (Macomb, MI) in a Macomb Area - White contest, on Wednesday, May 11. Utica Eisenhower will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record.
