The Colbert County Indians softball team (Leighton, AL), was routed 9-3 in Thursday's non-league test with the host Lamar County Bulldogs (Vernon, AL)

Coming up next, the Bulldogs encounter the Hatton Hornets (Town Creek, AL) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 12. Lamar County will attempt to improve on its 14-21 season record. The Hornets enter the test with a 36-20 record after their 11-3 non-league win over Falkville (Falkville, AL).

The Indians (9-22) will now prepare for their test against Lexington (Lexington, AL). The Golden Bears enter the non-league test with a 9-17 record. In their last test, Lexington was routed by Mars Hill Bible (Florence, AL), 1-0, in a non-league test.
