In Friday's non-league game, the host Waterloo Bulldogs baseball team scored a tight 10-5 victory over the Granite City Warriors.
The Bulldogs (14-13) will now prepare for their game against Belleville East (Belleville, IL). The Lancers go into the non-league game with a 25-6 record. In their last game, Belleville East tipped Belleville West (Belleville, IL), 3-0, in a league game.
