Indiana High School Baseball - Charlestown sneaks past Brownstown Central

May 15, 2025: Charlestown, IN 47111

The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Charlestown Pirates (Charlestown, IN) and the visiting Brownstown Central Braves (Brownstown, IN), saw Charlestown's baseball team get by Brownstown Central by a tally of 3-2.

The Pirates (13-7) will now prepare for their battle against South Dearborn (Aurora, IN). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, South Dearborn held off Connersville (Connersville, IN), 5-4, in a league battle.

Next, the Braves face the South Ripley Raiders (Versailles, IN) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 17. Brownstown Central will attempt to upgrade on its 13-8 season record.
