Pentucket Regional (West Newbury, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host North Reading Hornets (North Reading, MA), 11-8 in a league battle.

The now have a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lynnfield for a Cape Ann battle on Wednesday, May 18. Pentucket Regional will clash with a Pioneers squad coming off a 12-11 league win over Triton Regional (Byfield, MA). The Pioneers record now stands at 10-3.

In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Newburyport Clippers (Newburyport, MA) in a Cape Ann battle, on Wednesday, May 18. North Reading will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Clippers come into the battle with a 8-3 record after their 9-4 league loss to Pentucket Regional (West Newbury, MA).
