In Friday's non-league bout, the Jackson Polar Bears (Massillon, OH) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Washington Tigers (Massillon, OH), by a tally of 9-2.
Next up, the Polar Bears encounter the Archbishop Hoban Knights (Akron, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 17. Jackson will attempt to upgrade on its 22-3 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 14-6 record after their 12-4 non-league loss to Medina (Medina, OH).
The Tigers (9-11) will now prepare for their bout against GlenOak (Canton, OH). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league bout with a 21-4 record. In their last bout, GlenOak edged Austintown-Fitch (Youngstown, OH), 10-0, in a non-league bout.
