In Saturday's non-league game, the host Dow Chargers baseball team scored a tight 10-8 victory over the Athens Red Hawks.
The Chargers (10-11) will now prepare for their game against Saginaw (Saginaw, MI). The Trojans go into the Saginaw Valley game with a 0-0 record.
The Red Hawks (22-6) will now prepare for their game against Harper Woods (Harper Woods, MI). The Pioneers go into the non-league game with a 6-18 record. In their last game, Harper Woods tipped Southfield Arts & Tech (Southfield, MI), 13-3, in a non-league game.
