Connecticut High School Softball - Immaculate bounces Weston

In Monday's league match, the visiting Immaculate Mustangs softball team scored a tight 7-1 win over the Weston Trojans.

The Mustangs (7-13) will now prepare for their match against Lakeview (Litchfield, CT). The Bobcats come into the non-league match with a 11-6 record. In their last match, Lakeview nipped Housatonic (Falls Village, CT), 22-1, in a league match.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Wright Tech Warriors (Stamford, CT) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, May 20. Weston will attempt to better on its 7-12 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 3-11 record after their 20-2 league loss to Kaynor Tech (Waterbury, CT).
