In Thursday's league test, the host Falmouth Clippers lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-8 victory over the Barnstable Red Hawks.

The Clippers now have a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sandwich for a Cape and Islands test on Tuesday, May 24. Falmouth will face a Blue Knights squad coming off a 12-7 league win over Nantucket (Nantucket, MA). The Blue Knights record now stands at 12-3.

In their next game, the Red Hawks face the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional Dolphins (South Yarmouth, MA) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 20. Barnstable will attempt to move on its 3-12 season record. The Dolphins come into the test with a 2-8 record after their 15-7 non-league loss to Martha's Vineyard Regional (Oak Bluffs, MA).
