In Friday's non-league test, the Concord Raiders (Wilmington, DE) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Odyssey Charter Owls (Wilmington, DE), by a tally of 17-4.
Next, the Raiders clash with the Christiana Vikings (Newark, DE) in a non-league test, on Monday, May 5. Concord will attempt to advance on its 9-2 season record. The Vikings go into the test with a 4-7 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Brandywine (Wilmington, DE).
The Owls (2-9) will now prepare for their test against St. Elizabeth (Wilmington, DE). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, St. Elizabeth prevailed over First State Military Academy (Clayton, DE), 8-7, in a league test.
