Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the James River Knights (Buchanan, VA) and the host Bath County Chargers (Hot Springs, VA), saw James River's soccer squad triumph over Bath County by a count of 6-0.

The Knights (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Radford (Radford, VA). The Bobcats enter the Three Rivers battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Radford tipped Carroll County (Hillsville, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Chargers confront the Bland County Bears (Rocky Gap, VA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 28. Bath County will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Bears enter the battle with a 6-9 record after their 7-1 league loss to Giles (Pearisburg, VA).
