Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Redington Huskies (Wasilla, AK) and the host North Pole Patriots (North Pole, AK), saw Redington's soccer squad knock off North Pole by a count of 3-1.

The Huskies (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Monroe Catholic (Fairbanks, AK). The Rams enter the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Monroe Catholic tipped North Pole (North Pole, AK), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Patriots confront the Hutchison Hawks (Fairbanks, AK) in a Mid Alaska challenge, on Saturday, May 24. North Pole will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record. The Hawks go into the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Redington (Wasilla, AK).
