Maine High School Baseball - Mount Desert Island defeats Presque Isle

The Mount Desert Island Trojans baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Presque Isle Wildcats to 4 in the Trojans league win on Saturday.
The Trojans now own a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they host Ellsworth for a Class B North test on Tuesday, June 3. Mount Desert Island will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 11-5.
With the defeat, Presque Isle drops to 7-10 on the year.
