Coming up next, the Cardinals play the North Surry Greyhounds (Mount Airy, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 5. East Surry will attempt to move on its 20-1 season record. The Greyhounds enter the battle with a 16-8 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Forbush (East Bend, NC).

The Blackhawks now possess a 12-13 record.
