With the triumph, Point Pleasant improves its record to 18-7 on the year. The Big Blacks host Gallia Academy (Gallipolis, OH) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league game on Friday, May 8. The Blue Devils enter the game with a record of 11-12. Gallia Academy lost 11-9 in their recent league game against Dawson-Bryant (Coal Grove, OH)

The Bison now hold a 14-12 record. They play next when they host George Washington for a non-league game on Wednesday, May 6. Buffalo will play a Patriots squad coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Tug Valley (Williamson, WV). The Patriots record now stands at 20-5.
