The Waynesboro Little Giants baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Riverheads Gladiators to 1 in the Little Giants league win on Tuesday.

The Little Giants now own a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they host Staunton for a Shenandoah test on Thursday, May 8. Waynesboro will clash with a Storm team coming off a 8-1 league loss to Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA). The Storm record now stands at 2-9.

With the defeat, Riverheads drops to 9-4 on the year. The Gladiators host Stonewall Jackson (Quicksburg, VA) to clash with the Generals in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 7. The Generals go into the test with a record of 2-13. Stonewall Jackson lost 11-1 in their recent league test against Central Woodstock (Woodstock, VA)
