The Cooper Jaguars softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Frederick Douglass Broncos to 3 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Cooper moves its record to 35-6 on the year. The Jaguars host Scott (Covington, KY) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 10. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 26-27. Scott won 11-2 in their recent non-league game against Mason County (Maysville, KY)

In their next game, the Broncos clash with the Scott County Cardinals (Georgetown, KY) in a District 42 game, on Tuesday, May 10. Frederick Douglass will attempt to move on its 15-21 season record. The Cardinals come into the game with a 16-7 record after their 9-0 league win over Bryan Station (Lexington, KY).
