The MFL MarMac Bulldogs baseball team scored 24 runs and held the visiting Postville Pirates to 1 in the Bulldogs league win on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now own a 14-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jesup for a non-league test on Wednesday, June 18. MFL MarMac will clash with a J-Hawks team coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA). The J-Hawks record now stands at 2-10.

With the defeat, Postville drops to 0-8 on the year. The Pirates host Turkey Valley (Jackson Junction, IA) to clash with the Trojans in a Upper Iowa test on Wednesday, June 18. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 4-14. Turkey Valley won 15-7 in their recent league test against North Fayette Valley (West Union, IA)
