In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Prairie City-Monroe Mustangs baseball team scored a nice 11-2 win over the Perry Bluejays.

The Mustangs (5-6) will now prepare for their game against Greene County (Jefferson, IA). The Rams go into the non-league game with a 1-8 record.

The Bluejays now possess a 2-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roland-Story for a non-league contest on Wednesday, June 18. Perry will confront a Norsemen squad coming off a 13-0 non-league win over Nevada (Nevada, IA). The Norsemen record now stands at 11-6.
