In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Bedford Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 20-5 win over the Southwest Valley .
The Bulldogs (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Fremont-Mills (Tabor, IA). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 4-8 record. In their last game, Fremont-Mills knocked off AHSTW (Avoca, IA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the play the East Union Eagles (Afton, IA) in a Pride of Iowa game, on Thursday, June 19. Southwest Valley will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 8-8 record after their 9-4 non-league win over East Mills (Malvern, IA).
