Iowa High School Softball - Storm Lake bounces Sioux Center

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Storm Lake Tornadoes softball team scored a nice 14-2 victory over the Sioux Center Warriors.
The Tornadoes (15-4) will now prepare for their match against Spencer (Spencer, IA). The Tigers go into the Lakes match with a 7-9 record. In their last match, Spencer was routed by West Monona (Onawa, IA), 4-3, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen (Orange City, IA) in a Siouxland match, on Monday, June 23. Sioux Center will attempt to better on its 11-5 season record. The Dutchmen go into the match with a 14-3 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Cherokee Washington (Cherokee, IA).
