Iowa High School Baseball - Melcher-Dallas loses to Wayne

In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Wayne Falcons baseball team scored a nice 17-5 victory over the Melcher-Dallas Saints.
The Falcons (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Southeast Warren (Liberty Center, IA). The Warhawks go into the Pride of Iowa contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Southeast Warren was overwhelmed by Lynnville-Sully (Sully, IA), 8-5, in a non-league contest.
The Saints now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moulton-Udell for a non-league contest on Friday, June 7. Melcher-Dallas will play a Eagles squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Mormon Trail (Garden Grove, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.
