The University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI) baseball the visiting Lumen Christi Catholic Titans (Jackson, MI), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Knights now own a 23-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Francis for a non-league challenge on Thursday, June 12. University Liggett will clash with a Gladiators team coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Pinconning (Pinconning, MI). The Gladiators record now stands at 21-8.
With the defeat, Lumen Christi Catholic drops to 25-7 on the year.
