The crowd at Monday's league battle between the St. Mary's Hawks (Remsen, IA) and the host Harris-Lake Park Wolves (Lake Park, IA), saw St. Mary's's baseball team gain a win over Harris-Lake Park by a tally of 24-0.
The Hawks (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against Trinity Christian (Hull, IA). The Tigers enter the War Eagle battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Trinity Christian was overwhelmed by Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA), 7-3, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Wolves face the West Sioux Falcons (Hawarden, IA) in a War Eagle battle, on Wednesday, June 11. Harris-Lake Park will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 1-3 record after their 6-3 league win over South O'Brien (Paullina, IA).
