Utah High School Football - Kanab nips Beaver

The Kanab Cowboys (Kanab, UT) football nudged the visiting Beaver Beavers (Beaver, UT), 22-21 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Cowboys clash with the Millard Eagles (Fillmore, UT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, August 19. Kanab will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 31-7 non-league loss to Richfield (Richfield, UT).

The Beavers (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Grantsville (Grantsville, UT). The Cowboys enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Grantsville held off Provo (Provo, UT), 30-26, in a non-league bout.
