North Carolina High School Volleyball - Banks County tips Hiwassee Dam

The Banks County Leopards (Homer, GA) volleyball held off the host Hiwassee Dam Eagles (Murphy, NC), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Leopards now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hart County for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 15. Banks County will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Oglethorpe County (Lexington, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Hiwassee Dam drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Fannin County (Blue Ridge, GA) to clash with the Rebels in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 13. The Rebels come into the bout with a record of 5-0. Fannin County won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Elbert County (Elberton, GA)
