The Starr's Mill Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Eagle's Landing Eagles to 1 in the Panthers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Panthers now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stockbridge for a non-league game on Thursday, August 18. Starr's Mill will meet a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Strong Rock Christian (Locust Grove, GA). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Strong Rock Christian was nudged by Landmark Christian (Fairburn, GA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
