The Edgewood Mustangs (Ellettsville, IN) football defeated the host Mitchell Bluejackets (Mitchell, IN), 32-16 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Monrovia Bulldogs (Monrovia, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, August 26. Edgewood will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 27-12 league win over Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter (Indianapolis, IN).
