California High School Volleyball - Serrano over Silverado

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Serrano Diamondbacks (Phelan, CA) and the host Silverado Hawks (Victorville, CA), saw Serrano's volleyball squad beat Silverado by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Serrano upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Diamondbacks host Rim of the World (Lake Arrowhead, CA) to play the Fighting Scots in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 23. The Fighting Scots go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Rim of the World won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against San Gorgonio (San Bernardino, CA)

The Hawks now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Victor Valley for a Desert Sky bout on Wednesday, August 24. Silverado will play a Jackrabbits squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 0-4.
