California High School Football - Highland victorious over Tehachapi

In Thursday's non-league match, the host Highland Scots football squad scored a good 20-7 victory over the Tehachapi Warriors.

In their next game, the Scots clash with the Kennedy Thunderbirds (Delano, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, August 31. Highland will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the match with a 2-0 record after their 20-8 non-league win over Stockdale (Bakersfield, CA).

The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Taft (Taft, CA). The Wildcats enter the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Taft thwarted Kern Valley (Lake Isabella, CA), 21-20, in a non-league match.
