Colorado High School Volleyball - Alamosa can't hold off Mead

August 25, 2023: Longmont, CO 80504

In Friday's non-league battle, the host Mead Mavericks volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Alamosa Mean Moose.

The Mavericks (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Longmont (Longmont, CO). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Longmont was edged by Palmer Ridge (Monument, CO), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Mean Moose clash with the Eaton Reds (Eaton, CO) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 26. Alamosa will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Reds come into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Mead (Longmont, CO).
