California High School Football - Aragon topples Homestead

August 26, 2022: San Mateo, CA 94402

The Aragon Dons (San Mateo, CA) football defeated the visiting Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA), 41-29 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Dons face the Monterey Dores (Monterey, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 2. Aragon will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Dores enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 48-0 non-league win over Gunn (Palo Alto, CA).

The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA). The Gators enter the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Sacred Heart Prep lost by Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA), 13-12, in a non-league bout.
