The Natrona County Mustangs walloped the host Laramie Plainsmen football team by a count of 40-0 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Natrona County upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Mustangs host East (Cheyenne, WY) to confront the Thunderbirds in a 4A outing on Friday, September 2. The Thunderbirds go into the outing with a record of 1-0. East won 47-28 in their recent league outing against Campbell County (Gillette, WY)

With the loss, Laramie moves to 0-1 on the season. The Plainsmen host Campbell County (Gillette, WY) to confront the Camels in a 4A outing on Friday, September 2. The Camels go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Campbell County lost 47-28 in their recent league outing against East (Cheyenne, WY)
