Georgia High School Softball - Dodge County bounces Southwest

The Dodge County Indians softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Southwest Patriots to 0 in the Indians league win on Tuesday.

The Indians now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washington County for a 1A D-I Region 2 battle on Thursday, August 29. Dodge County will encounter a Golden Hawks team coming off a 11-6 league win over Central (Macon, GA). The Golden Hawks record now stands at 9-2.

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Westside Seminoles (Macon, GA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, August 28. Southwest will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Seminoles come into the match with a 0-4 record after their 18-0 league loss to Callaway (Hogansville, GA).
