The Paradise Valley Trojans topped the host Shadow Mountain Matadors volleyball squad by a tally of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

The Trojans now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Verrado for a outing on Wednesday, October 1.

With the loss, Shadow Mountain drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Matadors travel to Peoria (Peoria, AZ) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Monday, September 8. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 0-0.
