North Carolina High School Volleyball - Parkwood over Queen's Grant

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) and the host Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC), saw Parkwood's volleyball squad beat Queen's Grant by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Parkwood upgrades its record to 1-4 on the year. The Wolf Pack travel to Forest Hills (Marshville, NC) to play the Yellow Jackets in a Rocky River 2A/3A bout on Tuesday, August 29. The Yellow Jackets go into the bout with a record of 0-8. Forest Hills lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Richmond (Rockingham, NC)

The Stallions now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Valor Preparatory Academy for a Metro Eight 1A bout on Tuesday, August 29. Queen's Grant will play a Owls squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Owls record now stands at 0-1.
