In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Appleton East Patriots soccer squad scored a close 6-0 triumph over the Manitowoc Lincoln Ships.
The Patriots (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Appleton North (Appleton, WI). The Lightning come into the Fox Valley battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Appleton North nudged Stevens Point (Stevens Point, WI), 4-2, in a non-league battle.
The Ships (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Hartford (Hartford, WI). The Orioles come into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record.
